Recognizing that internal medicine is true primary care, we set our goals high as the coordinator of all of your healthcare needs. Seeing you on a regular basis allows us to develop strong relationships with our patients. This strong foundation helps us to promote lifetime wellness rather than short term solutions. In addition to a priority of focus on the patient relationship as a whole, we also serve internal medicine needs at Methodist University Hospital and Encompass Rehabilitation Hospital located near our clinic in downtown Memphis, allowing for continuity of care under the same group of providers. Dr. Hany Habashy's team of providers:
- Kim Polk, FNP-BC
- Megan Self, AGNP-C
- Mindy Williamson, FNP-C
- Catherine Phelps, FNP-C
- Gabrielle Victor, FNP-BC
- Mandy Almond, FNP-C

Every bit of movement counts! You don't need a full workout to make your day more active.

Taking the stairs, parking farther from the entrance, or going for a quick walk are simple ways to add more movement to your daily routine.

Hearing changes often happen gradually, which means you may not notice them right away.

If you're frequently turning up the volume or having difficulty following conversations, consider discussing it with your healthcare provider. Protecting your ears from prolonged loud noise can also help preserve your hearing.

Spending hours at a desk or looking down at your phone can take a toll on your neck, shoulders, and back.

Pay attention to your posture throughout the day, keep your screen near eye level, and make time to stand up and move regularly. Your body will thank you!
