Christian Companions Senior Care is looking for a driven, relationship-focused Community Relations Representative to oversee and lead our sales and marketing efforts.

This is more than a traditional sales position. We’re looking for someone who can build relationships, create referral partnerships, generate new business, and help drive the growth of our agency.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Overseeing day-to-day sales & marketing activities
• Developing relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, assisted living communities, physicians, social workers, and other referral partners
• Generating new referral opportunities and converting them into clients
• Maintaining and growing existing referral relationships
• Conducting community outreach and networking
• Tracking sales activity, referral sources, and results
• Helping develop and execute our overall marketing strategy
• Representing Christian Companions professionally throughout the community

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Is confident and comfortable building relationships
Has healthcare, home care, senior care, or sales experience
Is self-motivated and accountable
Can open doors and create new relationships
Understands that sales is about serving people—not just making a sale
Wants an opportunity to grow with a company
