Thank you, Evergreen Street Fair!🌿

Saturday we started the day with a full class at the studio, then met so many of you at our booth at the Evergreen Street Fair.

Thank you to Tedrah, Kerry, Erin, Jackie and Courtney all your help, and to the Evergreen Historic District Association for a wonderful first fair.

Twenty years in this neighborhood, and it still surprises us.

We didn't build Evergreen for perfect people. We built it for humans: tired ones, wobbly ones, ones with very tight hamstrings, and ones with no idea what I just asked them to do with their left foot. (That's okay. I'll show you.) Come as you are.

Come as you are. 💚 That’s really the heart of it.

Whatever level you’re starting from, we’ll meet you there — and we’ll teach you the modifications and little tricks that make the practice work for your body, whether you’re on your mat in the studio or at home.

That kind of attention is what we love most about teaching. You walk in carrying whatever the day gave you, and you walk out feeling a little more like yourself.

See you soon!✨

Fall is right around the corner, which means a new session is coming to Evergreen Yoga!🍂 We’ve made some changes to the labeling of our classes and are now bringing you Open, Beginner, and Experienced Level options! Don’t worry, your favorite regularly scheduled classes with Leah and Tedrah aren’t changing much, we’re just adjusting how we describe them. We’re looking forward to seeing all of you soon in the new Fall session!✨
