After a loss, even the smallest things can feel like too much. 🤍 Answering a message, picking up groceries, figuring out what to make for dinner. If that sounds familiar, you're not doing anything wrong.
If someone offers to help, it's okay to say yes. ☕ A specific ask often makes it easier for everyone, like a ride to an appointment, a phone call, or an hour of company on a hard afternoon. And if you're the one who wants to help, a concrete offer such as "I'll bring dinner Tuesday" tends to land better than "let me know if you need anything." 🌿
You also don't have to decide everything today. Take the next small step, then the one after that, and lean on the people around you when you can.
Our team is here too. If you'd like to talk something through, or you know someone who could use these ideas, feel free to share this post with them. 🫶
