ARFirst Health Family Clinic, PLLC is a primary care & family practice clinic offering services such as wellness exams, women’s & men’s health, well-child visits, chronic disease management, minor procedures & more, led by Kim Nance, APRN, MNSc, FNP-BC. A Polk County resident since 1999, Kimberly is proud to serve the community she calls home. She has extensive experience in emergency and critical

care and has spent two decades providing compassionate, patient-centered primary care to families and veterans in rural Arkansas. In January 2026, Kimberly is excited to return home to open a traditional family practice clinic in Mena, offering comprehensive care for patients of all ages. Her mission is rooted in service, compassion, and stewardship.

We want to let you know that ARHealth First Family Clinic will be closed from Monday, June 29, 2026 through Monday, July 6, 2026. We will reopen on Tuesday, July 7, 2026.

This closure is in observance of the 4th of July holiday and scheduled staff vacation.

For any urgent or emergency medical needs during this time, please visit your nearest emergency room.
