If you are in need of affordable basic health care, we

would like to help. To be sure that our resources are given to those that need it most, all new patients will need to complete a financial eligibility assessment in order to receive care and treatment. If you do not meet the eligibilty criteria, we will offer information about other health care services in the community that may be appropriate for you. ELIGIBLITY REQUIREMENTS:
No health insurance
Not current enrolled in state or federal insurance plan (medicaid, Badgercare Medicare, Veteran's benefits)
Household income at or below 250% of the federal Poverty Guideline.

Today, we extend our heartfelt gratitude and sincere farewell to our former Executive Director, David Lally, as he begins a new chapter in his professional journey.

Over the past two years, David has faithfully led Hope Clinic & Care Center with unwavering dedication to our mission. His servant leadership, strategic vision, and commitment to excellence have strengthened our organization and expanded our ability to serve our community.

During his tenure, David cultivated valuable strategic partnerships, increased community awareness of our mission, and helped secure significant grant and donor funding. Through these efforts, Hope Clinic & Care Center is well-positioned for continued sustainability, with a balanced budget through 2026.

Beyond these accomplishments, David's leadership was defined by his outstanding character. His door was always open, and he consistently demonstrated genuine care and compassion for our patients, staff, volunteers, and community partners. His steadfast faith and spiritual leadership have left a lasting impact on everyone privileged to serve alongside him.

David, thank you for your faithful service to the Hope Clinic & Care Center. We are deeply grateful for all you have invested the lives you have touched.

We at the Hope Clinic are grateful for the continued support of our community throughout the storm clean up process.

We would especially like to thank Goodwill for their generosity through their consistent facility maintenance and for allowing us to use their Wi-Fi, providing stable internet connectivity. We also extend our sincere appreciation to Cellcom for providing us with a complimentary Wi-Fi gateway, helping to minimize any internet downtime.

Without the dedication and support of our community partners, we would be unable to serve at our fullest capacity. We are thankful for God's provision and for His continued faithfulness, demonstrated through the hands of those who support our mission. Thank you.

We are grateful that our power has been restored and want to extend a heartfelt thank you to all the utility workers and everyone who worked tirelessly to restore service throughout our community. Your dedication, long hours, and commitment do not go unnoticed.

We have contacted our scheduled patients to let them know that Hope Clinic will be OPEN tomorrow, and we look forward to serving our community once again.

We are also incredibly thankful for the patience and understanding of our patients, volunteers, and supporters during the outage.

God is good, and we are grateful for His provision and the many hands that helped make this possible.

Due to the severe storms and ongoing power outage, Hope Clinic and Care Center will be closed until further notice.

The safety of our patients, staff, and community is our top priority. We will share updates as soon as we are able to safely reopen.

Please keep everyone in our community, especially our patients and those affected by the storms, in your thoughts and prayers during this time.
