August—which is somehow almost over already?! —is National Pet Immunization Month! 💉🐶🐱

Keeping your pet’s vaccinations up to date is one of the most important things you can do to help keep them happy, healthy, and protected from preventable diseases.

We are currently experiencing a power outage at our clinic today. Unfortunately it’s looking like we will not have any power until about 3 pm. We are working on one phone line and are still able to work with our scheduling but are very limited and ask for your patience. Our doors will remain open for picking up your pets medications and food needs. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

If your pet spends any time outdoors in Minnesota, ticks need to be on your radar!

Ticks are incredibly common here, especially during these warm summer months, and they can transmit serious diseases to both pets and people.

The good news-- A little prevention goes a long way! Keeping your pet on a year-round tick preventative, checking them for ticks after outdoor adventures, and knowing which tick-borne diseases are common in Minnesota are all important parts of protecting their health.

We have three different tortoiseshell kitties in the clinic this morning! So we had to snap a quick pic with at least one of them and call today Tortie Tuesday! Here's Juni (we promise she was much happier to be held than she looks here 😆)

Torties are almost always female and have the most beautiful mix of black and orange fur colors! 😍

❤️ Friday, July 3: Open with adjusted hours, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
🤍 Saturday, July 4: Closed
💙 Normal business hours to resume on Monday
