RTI has a team dedicated to the field of social services. Our leadership teams are led by Mental Health Professionals with decades of experience in the field working with persons with a mental illness, developmental disability and/or a brain injury. Our direct care staff possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a Social Service related field or a minimum of 2 years of social service professional

experience. Our team members are all well trained in person centered planning. RTI employs team members who display empathy, compassion and a desire to teach. Our staff believe in putting the desires of the people RTI serves first. We seek to hire individuals who are creative and individualistic in their approach with the people we serve.
