Rising Sun Rock Shop will be on the road this Saturday and Sunday in Elk Mound for the Chippewa Valley Gem and Mineral Society’s Rock Swap Meet!!
I am bringing a lot of raw stones including Tiger’s Eye (blue and yellow), Moss Agate, Obsidian, Rose Quartz, Thunder Bay Amethyst clusters, Montana Moss agates, Brazilian Agates-some full nodules and some cut but not polished pieces, and so much more!

Looking for a great way to wind down your Monday? Try the 45 minute Restorative Yin Yoga class. With the comfort of props, we will hold poses for an extended period of time to let the nervous system relax and reset. No experience needed. Perfect for those who prefer a non flow yoga class. Mondays at 5:45pm.

Get ready for a new yoga experience here at Rising Sun! Pendulum Yoga Flow class lets you build on your skills, class after class. Learn one flow and repeat each week. See actual progression in your yoga journey. The flow stays the same, you don’t! You grow, build on your skills and have fun along the way. Every Tuesday at 6:30am.
