Cozy Crafts & Homemade Goodness!

Our residents enjoyed a wonderful afternoon filled with creativity, conversation, and a little taste of homemade comfort!

We spent time looming cozy blankets, working together stitch by stitch and enjoying the satisfaction of creating something special.

After crafting, we treated ourselves to a delicious homemade applesauce snack—a sweet and comforting favorite that brought back plenty of wonderful memories!

There’s nothing better than good company, meaningful activities, and a homemade treat to make the day extra special!

We had a beautiful fall day celebrating one of our very special residents!

The team from Bella Care Hospice and her family came together to install a beautiful planter in our community. Together, they planted flowers and helped create a special addition that everyone can enjoy.

We are so grateful to the Bella Care team and her family for making this such a meaningful experience. The planter will be a beautiful part of our community for all of our residents, families, and visitors to enjoy throughout the seasons.

What a wonderful way to celebrate connection, family, and the simple beauty of bringing people together.

Our residents enjoyed a wonderful outing to Penitentiary Glen Reservation to view the Perfect Pairing Fall Art Show!

It was a beautiful day filled with creativity, local artwork, and plenty of time to enjoy the sights and sounds of fall. Our residents had a great time getting out into the community, appreciating the artwork, and making memories together.

A big thank you to everyone who helped make this special outing possible! We’re already looking forward to our next adventure!

Congratulations to Suzie Parker on her well-deserved retirement! 🎉

Suzie has been part of the Foundations family since 1988, beginning her career at Heather Hill before joining us at Concord Ridge for the last two years. After nearly four decades of dedication, we are so grateful for the many years she has given to our residents, coworkers and communities.

Pictured with Suzie are two familiar faces who have shared many of those years with her — Christa Fernandez, who served as DON at both Heather Hill and Concord Ridge and worked alongside Suzie for more than 20 years, and Beth West, Administrator at Concord Ridge, who first worked with Suzie 25 years ago as an STNA at Heather Hill and later had the opportunity to work with her again as her Administrator at Concord Ridge.

Suzie, thank you for the years of hard work, care and memories. You will truly be missed at Concord Ridge, and we wish you nothing but happiness in this next chapter. Enjoy your retirement — you’ve earned it! ❤️

Let’s give a big congratulations to Cory Kennison, our Employee of the Month! 👏

Cory brings an incredible 26 years of experience working in Dietary, and we’re so grateful to have his knowledge, creativity, and laid-back personality as part of our team.

Cory brings his own style to the kitchen and always finds ways to get creative while keeping things running smoothly. We appreciate the experience he brings, the work he puts in each day, and of course, the personality that makes Cory, Cory!
