What a great evening at Concord Ridge! Our second annual Car Show had an amazing turnout from the community.

Guests enjoyed checking out an incredible collection of classic and custom cars, participating in gift giveaways, and coming together to support a great cause. Thanks to the generosity of those who attended, we were able to raise money for the Alzheimer’s Association and help further their mission.

We are incredibly grateful for the continued support from Lake County and everyone who helped make this event so special. Thank you for spending the evening with us and helping create meaningful moments for our residents and community!

What a wild and wonderful day at Concord Ridge! 🐍🦎🦘

We recently welcomed Outback Ray to our building for a special event with residents, families, staff, and loved ones. Everyone had an amazing time learning about the animals and getting up close to some truly unique creatures!

Outback Ray’s knowledge, enthusiasm, and passion for wildlife made the experience both entertaining and educational for all ages. Smiles, laughter, and excitement filled the room from start to finish!

We kicked off Nurses Week at Concord Ridge! 💙

Our building was decorated from wall to wall to honor our incredible nurses, followed by a delicious breakfast provided by ViaQuest. To top it all off, we treated our team to a special lunch from Mission BBQ—because our nurses deserve to feel just as appreciated as they make our residents feel every day.
