CONTINUED MASK WEARING FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR PATIENTS AND STAFF

As most of you know , the State of Ohio and the CDC have recently stated that fully vaccinated people can go without masks and social distancing .

THE CDC DID NOT MAKE THIS CHANGE FOR HEALTH CARE FACILITIES.

Our office will continue to follow the guidelines set by the Ohio Department of Health , the CDC, and the American Optometric Association. This includes mask wearing for employees , hand hygiene and extra surface disinfection . Also, we will still require patients to wear masks when visiting the office.

We will continue to monitor the CDC requirements and will re-evaluate and make updates to the policies going forward .
