Holiday Depression Is Real
The holidays aren’t easy for everyone.
For some people, this time of year can bring up grief, stress, loneliness, or just a sense of pressure to feel happy when you don’t.
If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone. Truly.
A few gentle reminders:
✨ The “perfect holiday” doesn’t exist.
✨ It’s okay to set boundaries or say no.
✨ You can miss people and still find small moments of joy.
✨ Keep your routines — sleep, food, movement — they matter.
✨ And please, reach out if you’re struggling. You don’t have to handle it alone.
