🙏🏼Grateful for these reminders that the work I do is powerful and healing. Sometimes, especially when life feels upside down, I start to question if the amount of effort and energy I put into my work manifests in the ways I hope it does for my clients—and always grateful for these reminders when it does 💛

Maybe other entrepreneurs and body workers can relate that it can be easy to be our own worst critics. I don’t have a “boss” to guide or correct or encourage me, it’s just me, day after day—and the amazing humans I get to work with.

Share a reminder with those entrepreneurs you love and appreciate, tell them that their work does matter to you and how it impacts your life. Honestly, these little messages from clients bring such tremendous gratitude, appreciation, and confidence, and I’m sure all entrepreneurs and small business owners could use a bit more of that 💛

Behind the scenes on my head movement series 🤣
I go through phases of wanting to be more active on social media, on creating content for the countless ideas I have. And then I get happily caught up in my real life—especially in summer—when I want to be outside moving and enjoying nature all the time and NOT on my phone any more than I need to be.

Social media and creating and editing content can be so time consuming—and hilarious and horribly frustrating also—especially for someone like me. Just figuring it out as I go! The bloopers from my video clips are the best parts in my opinion 🙃

Can anyone else relate to this love / hate relationship with social media and creating content??

✨If you’ve ever taken a class with me you know I prioritize comfort and safety in our bodies over aesthetics and perfect lines. I’m by no means the cleanest dancer, and that’s okay with me. But I always try and encourage myself to explore movement, to find ways of comfort and pleasure within the movements I do, and to do them in a way that is sustainable and safe for my body.

It may look messy, and sometimes I even try for it to be more messy to enable my body to practice responding to lack of balance, changing momentum, and to see how my body can restack and ground.

Please share with anyone you think would benefit from this! I’d love to hear if/how this helps you in the comments below! 👇🏼

✨Here are some more exercises I’ve done along the way to practice head movement shapes and movements.

A reminder to myself and gratitude to all the women who have come before me and paved the way to enable women today to accomplish their dreams ❤️

I am so grateful to the women in my life who love and support me, inspire and teach me, encourage and challenge me. Here are just a few of these women, the mothers and creators, artists and entrepreneurs, teachers and friends who inspire me ✨
