After many years of Eat➜Sleep➜Surgery➜Repeat, Dr. Fisher has heard and seen it all. Here is the unfiltered truth about getting a 𝘽𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙩 🍒 𝘼𝙪𝙜𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣:

1️⃣ Bigger does not automatically mean better. An implant that is too large for your frame
can look unnatural and place more strain on your tissues.

2️⃣ Your Pinterest photo is inspiration, not a custom order ➜ it might not always be realistic for your anatomy. Your chest width, skin quality, breast tissue, and natural shape matter.

3️⃣ If your breasts are sagging, implants alone may not magically lift them. Sometimes the answer is a breast lift.

4️⃣ Implants cannot guarantee perfect cleavage. Implants can add volume, but they cannot completely redesign your natural breast spacing.

Think of an internal bra as extra support—from the inside. 👙

For certain breast surgeries, we may utilize an absorbable surgical mesh that acts like an internal support sling beneath the breast. It reinforces the lower portion of the breast, providing added support for both breast implants and your natural breast tissue while everything heals.

Over time, the mesh is absorbed as your body builds its own supportive tissue in its place.

An internal bra isn’t a replacement for your natural tissue, and it isn’t necessary for every patient. It’s simply one of the many tools Dr. Fisher may use to help optimize support and long-term results when appropriate.

One of this patient's biggest concerns was the noticeable asymmetry of her eyebrows and upper eyelids. While significant natural facial asymmetry can't be completely corrected, it can often be greatly improved with a customized surgical approach.

An asymmetric trichophytic brow lift was designed to better balance her brow position, while an internal ptosis repair corrected the drooping eyelid itself. Upper blepharoplasty completed the rejuvenation by removing excess upper eyelid skin, creating a brighter, more refreshed appearance.

The goal wasn't perfect symmetry—it was a more balanced, natural-looking result that still looks like her. ✨
