We are celebrating our recent patient June as she discharges home after another successful stay at Avalon Rehab & Healthcare Center!

As a returning resident, June knew she would receive the compassionate care, encouragement, and support she needed to regain her strength—and we were honored to be part of her journey once again.

June shared how thankful she is for the kindness and dedication shown by our entire team. From nursing and therapy to dietary, housekeeping, and every smiling face she met along the way, she said the staff made her feel like family. While she's excited to return home, she told us she will truly miss everyone at Avalon.
