Another sunset at the end of an amazing retreat. We held deep conversations with ourselves, climbed into the cave and emerged with what we needed, we laughed, danced, cried, and held each other with love and kindness. Every year we go into the unknown, and without fail, find just what we need. We’re ending this week (felt like a month!) with love in our hearts, rhythm in our hips, bug bites on our backs, and smiles on our faces.

✨We are delighted to announce our spring, 2025 retreat registration is now open! This year has us radically restructuring our internal worlds to face our external worlds. We are deepening our relationship to ourselves, fortifying our inner strengths, releasing old bonds, and healing ourselves and our community. Our intuitive oracle card collage was a night filled with good friends and beautiful insights. Letting ourselves be guided by the messages within and releasing into the unknown. Creativity thrives in release and is constricted by control. By letting ourselves not know the answer, or make without a finished product in mind, we can discover something deeper and perhaps more meaningful. Join us at our next community gathering. This autumn equinox is a point of balance between light and dark. A moment to reflect on what has been abundant in the harvest, and what needs to be composted through the next season. A moment to ask, what do I need to feel nourished and fortified as I enter into the quiet darkness, and what can be released to lighten the load.

On Friday, we gathered to honor, reflect, cherish, celebrate, grieve, sing, strengthen, and release. We heal by letting ourselves be witnessed, held, and seen by others, and what a gift it is to turn around and witness, hold and see another at the same time. This is healing in community; The mix of vulnerability and strength. Like a web, we are interconnected and strong. Hoping you find time to honor your own abundance, and return to the earth what needs to compost for the next season. 💛

We are just dreamy eyed over our community who just continue to hold and support each other through the big, medium, and the little things alike. We had such a beautiful night filled with connection, catch ups, ease, and imagery, and the ever present reminder to use the beautiful things we collect. A beautiful collaboration this morning accompanying opening day in their new space with trauma informed restorative yoga practice. This community is so open, collaborative, energetic, and healing. Embodied directions offers yoga, reiki, energy healing, psychotherapy, and so much more.

Sitting in absolute awe of the magic, grace, transformation, healing, music, artistry, openness and love of the 13 souls who came together this weekend. There are so many more words and pictures, but tonight, we are treasuring our affirmations and love notes to one another, letting the ripples grow through our collective resonance and basking in the freedom we found on the hill together.
