I recently learned that there is a lovely volunteer who bakes birthday cakes for our hospice patients. She’s completely behind the scenes by choice. The volunteer delivers the cakes to our office and staff take the cakes to the patients.

Made me think of how we’re all given gifts to share with others.

If you’re interested in being a hospice volunteer either behind the scenes or up front and center with patients and their families, please know that your time and support would be deeply meaningful.

If there’s something you enjoy doing, we can probably utilize that to bless a hospice patient or their families.
