May is Mental Health Awareness Month, a time to show support, raise awareness, and advocate for acceptance and understanding. You can take part by wearing green, checking in with yourself or someone you care about, and recognizing the importance of emotional well-being.

Stigma and misconceptions still surround many aspects of mental health and seeking support. This can include hesitation around getting help, talking openly, or even acknowledging its importance.

Reaching out for support during difficult times does not make you weak or wrong. It shows strength, honesty, and resilience. Mental health is more than a label or a diagnosis. It is an opportunity for growth, hope, and healing. 💚🧠✨

Good morning, everyone! 💚💐

As we welcome spring this April 1st, Weems would like to provide a wellness calendar to serve as a visual reminder to practice positive mental health habits this month. With everything in full bloom and the sun shining extra bright, Weems encourages you to try a few things on this calendar to help you check in with your feelings and take time for yourself. Whether that be sitting in the sun listening to the birds sing, or writing down one to two things that you love about yourself. Your mind is a garden, help it bloom this spring!

If you, or someone you know, is experiencing a mental health crisis, please call 988 or Weems' 24/7 crisis line at 1-800-803-0245
