🏃Come get ready for race day with us!

In honor of Idaho Running Day 2026, we’re hosting a Pre-Race Mobility & Stretch Out Session with our friends at Fleet Feet Treasure Valley Idaho, Superfeet Insoles , and Get Fit Meridian , led by A.K. Whittaker !

Here’s what’s happening:
🧘 Guided mobility and stretch session with Coach A.K. to loosen up hips, calves, and hamstrings before race day
👟 Superfeet insole demos plus swag giveaways
🩺 Last-minute injury screens with the Onward PT team if there’s something that’s need more attention
🎁 An Onward giveaway you won’t want to miss

Welcome John!

We’re pumped to be welcoming John to the Onward Boise team! He is a 3rd year Physical Therapy Student at ISU and will be helping with our patients until December🎉

He is passionate about helping active individuals stay healthy, recover from injuries, and return to the activities that they love 💪

Outside of the clinic, you’ll find him playing pickleball The Flying Pickle and/or hanging with his wife and son!

INJURY SCREENS & RECOVERY at VERDANT DOWNTOWN

Kirsten from Onward Physical Therapy will be providing free 20 minute injury screens to all members on Wednesday Oct 21st starting at 4:00pm Verdant CrossFit downtown!

What you can expect from an Injury Screen:
✅A brief discussion about your injury
✅A brief hands on evaluation to determine the cause of the
injury and why
✅Mini treatment based on what we find...the feel good stuff!
✅A home exercise plan tailored towards your injury and a follow up email discussing the findings and recommended treatment!

Huge congrats to Brian Robins who just crossed the line at the Tri-Cities Ironman — and did it right alongside his son. Chasing that finish as a father-son duo? Doesn’t get much better than that. 👏

We are honored to be apart of your journey!

And he’s not slowing down. Next up: a full Ironman this October. 🔥

We’ll be cheering him on (and keeping those legs dialed in) every step of the way.
