Dr Hinchman is a leader in cardiovascular research - bringing novel drugs to treat a multitude of diseases. Having access to these new treatments and being able to offer them to our patients can be life-changing.
In Dr Hinchman’s words, let us tell you about a recent patient:
“My patient, GS, is a true hero. She has traveled from Blackfoot, Idaho to Boise for many years to see me for treatment of her genetic cardiac condition called hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. She is now in San Francisco and the 7th human to have received TN – 201, a frontier genetic transfer therapy attempting to replace her mutated gene with a normal gene which produces the protein her heart needs to function normally again. Congratulations and best wishes for a full recovery and hopefully a cure!”
