We are a locally owned boutique yoga and wellness studio in the Heritage Commons area of Meridian, Idaho, off of Locust Grove between McMillan and Ustick. We offer small class sizes that cater to all levels for Yoga, Pilates and other feel-good, mind-body fitness classes! We also have massage therapy, organic facials, infrared sauna sessions, Celluma LED light therapy all available by appointment.

Your health and safety come first. If you were registered, we’re happy to issue a refund or keep the class as a credit on your account for a future outdoor yoga class this summer.
