We’re Blood on the Run Labs, an independent medical laboratory based in Meridian, Idaho. We offer both on site blood draws and mobile phlebotomy services and will travel to most locations anywhere between Mountain Home and Caldwell.

If you're bringing a lab order from your doctor or other provider, we accept most insurances, including Medicaid and Medicare.
We also offer a Direct-To-Consumer** testing program, where you can order select labs yourself and pay with cash or FSA/HSA — perfect if you want to track your own values, explore certain tests, or prefer not to use insurance. This menu is limited for now, but we’re actively working to expand it.
**This program does not accept insurance and must be paid in full at the time of service.

Our mobile phlebotomy service is unique in the Treasure Valley. If you can’t make it into a clinic, our phlebotomists will come to you — at home, at work, or wherever you need us. We also partner with surgical centers to collect labs while patients are under anesthesia, which is especially helpful for individuals who struggle with traditional blood draws.
