Alera Via Healing Centers is now accepting referrals in Merrillville.

We provide coordinated care for individuals whose needs may involve chronic or acute pain, behavioral health, substance use recovery, or physical rehabilitation. Our integrated team works together to create an individualized plan that supports the whole person—not just one diagnosis or symptom.

Services include:

• Intensive outpatient programming
• Medical and interventional pain management
• Medication-assisted treatment and recovery support
• Individual counseling
• Physical rehabilitation

We welcome referrals from healthcare providers, discharge planners, therapists, community organizations, and families.

If you've been putting off getting help because you can't step away from work or your kids or just life in general — this is built for that. A few hours a few times a week, real clinical support, and you still go home at night.
