East Valley Physical Therapy brings nearly 30 years of experience and expertise in outpatient physical therapy services. Our state-of-the-art clinic is located near Banner Baywood Hospital in East Mesa. The owners, Blair J. Packard, PT and Thomas J. Curtis, PT, DSc, OCS are

seasoned clinicians with extensive experience in orthopedic, industrial, sports and aquatic physical therapy practice. Two other physical therapists, two physical therapist assistants and front and back office support personnel complete a team dedicated to professional physical therapy care.
