DEATH COASTER ☠️🎢

This year has been a non stop roller-coaster ride; an endless nightmare. As I ride this relentless rollercoaster of death and change, I keep a flame of hope burning brightly inside my heart. A flame that can not be extinguished. 🔥

Each day, I fight the battles as they appear to the best of my ability. My body is sore and my mind is exhausted from problem solving and processing but I push forward out of spite because I'm stubborn af. Never have I ever given up and I will not start now. 💪😫

So each day regardless of the bulls**t that arises I strive to accomplish as much as I can so that I can progress forward on this journey towards better circumstances. ✨️

The ride has its moments of terror, it's moments for pause and it's rushes of excitement and for now as my neck suffers whiplash from the impact of each twist and turn I hold on and trust that when I disembark from this ride I will look back at my accomplishments with a satisfying grin and give myself props and recognition for my determination and resilience. 😁

Hard times aren't forever if you're persistent and consistently taking action to overcome them. 🌻

There is so much heaviness going on out there for so many people. It's too much for anyone person to carry all at once. 🎒

If you find yourself in a place where you are trying to survive day by day understand that it is okay to create boundaries and say no when you can't do something for someone else. 😔

There are times in life where you may find yourself holding on to your sanity by a thread. If that thread snaps, so do you, and if you have people that you care for they will also suffer if you allow that to happen. 🤱

Look inward and do what you need to heal yourself before giving more than you have to give. If others don't understand, that is okay for only you know the extent of what it is you are carrying and you do not owe anyone an explanation. Even if you tried their likely not open to hearing it. People are blinded by their own suffering, understandably so. 🫂

You can not pour from an empty cup. Heal and allow your cup to refill so you can be better equipped to help yourself and others in the future. 🫶

When all you have to offer is prayers and love know that's enough and allow the Universe to provide in the ways you cannot. 🙏🏻

Self awareness is the key to self preservation. 🌻

Listen to your body and your mind they will tell you when you must rest and reset. Your heart will always want to save the world but following your heart isn't always the healthiest path especially if you're body isn't prepared to follow suit. ♥️
