Behind every service is a team of people who are here to guide families through some of life’s most difficult moments.

Today, we’d like to introduce you to Susana, one of our dedicated funeral directors at Lakeshore Mortuary.

Some of you may have already had the opportunity to meet her, while others may be meeting her for the first time. And if your family ever finds itself needing our services, Susana may be one of the familiar faces sitting across the table, answering your questions, making arrangements, and helping you navigate the days ahead.

Being a funeral director is more than a job. It’s being there when families need someone to listen, explain, coordinate, and sometimes simply say, “We’ll take care of it.”

🌹 Today, April 28, marks Canada’s National Day of Mourning — a solemn day to remember and honor the workers who have lost their lives, been injured, or suffered illness due to workplace tragedies.
Many of our Canadian friends and snowbirds pause on this day to reflect, often with flags at half-mast and a moment of silence at 11:00 a.m. Our hearts go out to all those remembering loved ones back home.
Here in Arizona, we understand how important it is to have compassionate, professional support when families face loss — whether planning ahead or during difficult times.
