I have been observing these classes at 12th Round Fit Boxing weekly and it never ceases to amaze me how much these individuals improve during the time they are there. The confidence that is displayed in their demeanor as they depart is that of someone ready to take on the world.
Marty runs 12th Round Fit as well as these classes and I cannot express how grateful I am for the work that he and his staff perform. I have heard the gratitude come from those who participate as well as from their loved ones.
