This is why I have been loving using Dynamic Flex Cast technique for my clients.

This technique is developed by Maria I had the privilege to get trained under her at the beginning of this year along with other therapists from around the world.

Dynamic Flex Cast is all about casting foot in optimal alignment using manual glides while allowing gentle movements to promote muscle strengthening. So that children can learn to stand, walk, run, climb with best biomechanics possible. As you can see combining alignment focused neuro physical therapy intensive helps with improving not only foot alignment but also gait, muscle strength, endurance and gross motor milestones. Parents of the sweet pea in the picture are already seeing improvement in gait pattern, gross motor milestone, and endurance along side improvement in the foot alignment after the 1st set of cast.

As a pediatric PT, TASES and NISE-STIM are some of my favorite tools to help achieve better alignment and strength for my little clients. This little sweet kid has made so much progress with reducing spasticity in hamstrings with NISE stim tone modulation and TASES to improve functional muscle strength.

Mr A has been working exceptionally hard at the PT intensive, and the most fun part is he is putting all his newly learned skills to work once he gets home! ❤️

He has achieved some amazing gains in such a short amount of time
✅️ consistently maintaining an independent prop sitting balance for over a minute.
✅️ Active weight bearing on both arms (also does it happily and independently).
✅️ can tolerate hands and knees position with active abdominal muscle control.
✅️ has been exploring reading books with family by independently reaching in sitting to turn pages.

It's been a while since I updated my certifications and all of the specialty services we provide at Good Job Pediatric PT.

I'm excited to be able to bring the amazing dynamic flex cast services to the state of Arizona. I'm the only provider directly trained under for Dynamic Flex cast in Arizona.

He is officially a teenager now during therapy sessions 😂 he is always keeping an eye on me and watching me like a hawk!! ❤️ He has absolutely stolen our hearts. He has learned so many new 🆕 phenomenal things! He has been demonstrating amazing eye hand coordination, can roll with just me giving him cuing at his ankle, active head control in sitting, standing and also he has started taking steps with assistance 💪🏼 and so much more! Way to be amazing Mr. Mack Man🙌

It’s been a blast working with this sassy sweet girl😅 she has been working her heart out as we are working on standing, refining her walking skills and she has made incredible progress in her ability to shift weight on her both legs and improved leg alignment when walking > more energy efficient gait pattern.
