We all need help sometimes.

We want to attend a concert an hour away and have drinks before or after. But the dog needs fees and out.

We end up working late. Ah the dog needs to go out.

Or worse, an emergency happens and you have to be somewhere for who knows how long...Ah how do I juggle the dog getting out/being fed/ or walked.

You know if the dog gets off its schedule or is alone too long it will go to the bathroom in the house or start destroying things.

A professional petsitter become that trusted friend you can count on. Depend on to care for your beloved pet like you do.

Happy National Iguana Awareness Day

Fun Fact about me!
I had an Iguana when I was in college. His name was Golith. He was 6 feet long. Loved riding on my French braid. Loved to give me welts on my arms. I still have scratch scars on my forearms from him clawing me. He loved melon, all types. When he was really mad at me, he would take a dump in the middle of my bed or in my shoes. He was a free-roaming lizard with a huge enclosed terrarium. He was trained to do his business in a sweater box full of water. He loved swimming in the tub or the swimming pool. Loved hanging out in the trees.

Fun Fact about iguanas: they can be supported with essential oils. Everything from helping with shedding to eye infections, skin infections, and respiratory issues. Picured is a member of the EOV Membership group Iguana. He loved hanging out near the diffuser with Wild Orange being diffused properly for reptiles. Tip of the day, not all mushrooms are

This Mushroom shows up in the grass. After monsoons have come through, it's called a false parasol or the vomiter. These are toxic to humans. And animals and should not be consumed. If you have grass in your backyard, and these pop-up, I would suggest removing them. Most dogs have a sense of what is not good for them However, there are dogs that will eat everything and anything. So it's best just to remove these.

It's our job as the dog's companion & caregiver. To give them what we know is best for them. And care for them the best we know how. When we know better We can do better.

Honoring the Heroes at Both Ends of the Leash ❤️💙

Today we celebrate the remarkable assistance dogs who provide independence, confidence, safety, and unconditional love to the people who need them most.

Here in our own community, we're proud to recognize American Service Animal Society (Dogs4Vets), a Gilbert-based nonprofit that helps disabled veterans train their own dogs to become certified service dogs. Their unique program provides lifetime support and training at no cost to qualifying veterans, creating life-changing partnerships that restore independence, purpose, and hope.

🐾 Service dogs do so much more than assist with mobility. They can help with:

💙 Medical alerts and response
💜 Balance and mobility assistance
