At NATIVE HEALTH, we strive to provide the best health care available for urban American Indians, Alaska Natives, and other individuals who generally experience barriers to holistic, patient-centered, culturally sensitive health and wellness services. NATIVE HEALTH currently provides a wide range of services including Primary Medical, Dental, Behavioral Health, WIC (available at four sites), and C

ommunity Health and Wellness programs. In 2022, over 20,000 individuals benefited from our services, which resulted in more than 100,000 visits. All of NATIVE HEALTH’s clinics are accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC). NATIVE HEALTH has been accepted as a provider for most private insurance and state of Arizona Medicaid (AHCCCS) plans. Postings of community events and resources are provided to the community as a resource and are NOT endorsed by NATIVE HEALTH.

Our air conditioning issues are persisting. We are again closed today, Tuesday, July 28, for medical, dental, behavioral health, and WIC.

DES will NOT be on site. She will be at NATIVE HEALTH @ Walupe Health Center.

The Food Pantry will be open 8:30 am-noon.

Medical patients can be seen at NATIVE HEALTH Central, NATIVE HEALTH @ Walupe Health Center, or NHW Community Health Center. Walk-in medical patients welcome!

Dental patients can be seen at NATIVE HEALTH Central or NHW Community Health Center.

Behavioral Health patients will be contacted.

Transportation is available.

FREE transportation is available for medical appointments to NATIVE HEALTH @ Walupe Health Center (until 5 pm) or NATIVE HEALTH Central or NHW Community Health Center (until 7 pm). Telehealth is also available. Dental services are available at NATIVE HEALTH Central or NHW Community Health Center. Behavioral Health clients will be contacted about appointments and Telehealth. WIC patients can be seen at 16th Street, NHW Community Health Center or Telehealth.
The Food Pantry will be open Tuesday, 8:30 am-noon. Watch daily for Food Pantry times (dependent on heat).

*Walk-in medical is available at NATIVE HEALTH Central until 7 pm, NATIVE HEALTH @ Walupe Health Center until 5 pm (Telehealth available from 5-7 pm), and NHW Community Health Center until 7 pm.

NATIVE HEALTH staff wll be at Education-Pascua Yaqui Tribe Back-to-School Celebration, Saturday, June 27, 9 AM to 2 PM at the Walupe Intene Kari Health Center, 6725 S. Priest Drive in Guadalupe.

Any child under 18 will receive a FREE backpack filled with school supplies when they receive a back-to-school physical, AIA sports physical, or well-child exam with a NATIVE HEALTH provider. PARENTS: Please be sure to bring AIA form for sports physical.
