Today is International Non-Binary People's Day which starts Non-Binary Awareness week! 💛🤍💜🖤

We celebrate the diversity and strength of the non-binary community. We recognize the importance of visibility, acceptance, and support for non-binary individuals everywhere. Now, more than ever, it is important that we uplift and recognize this community. It has been a hell of a year for Non-Binary folx and we will not allow them the feel erased or invalidated. Let's work to advocate for our non-binary friends and family members by educating others about what it is to be non-binary, by correcting others when they misgender someone.

To all the folx who identify as non-binary:

🤍 You are seen.
💜 You are loved.
🖤 You are important.

June is Pride Month! You are valid. You are loved. You are seen. You are important. We can't say it enough! We are about half way through the year, we wanted to check in and see how everyone is doing. 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️ We know it is not all rainbows and butterflies, and things are scary and difficult right now.

To our allies, reach out to your representatives to advocate for the LGBTQ+ community, specifically the trans community that has been targeted. Today is International Transgender Day of Visibility, a time to honor, uplift, and support the transgender community. Being transgender is a valid and beautiful identity, and today, we’re raising awareness and celebrating the folks who identify as transgender and gender non-conforming. This has been a really difficult year for our trans community and it is our duty as allies and cis-folks to uplift and advocate for the community.

Let’s break down stereotypes, challenge misconceptions, and create a world where everyone can live authentically and proudly. We proudly stand by our trans siblings today and all days. You are so important and valued.

Join us in celebrating International Transgender Day of Visibility by sharing your story, supporting transgender and gender non-conforming friends, and advocating for greater visibility and acceptance. Together, we can create a more inclusive and understanding world. 💙💗🤍💗💙

We are so proud to announce Delilah has received her LPC! And we couldn't be more proud. Screaming from the mountain tops - CONGRATULATIONS!!

Delilah is an incredible therapist who helps her clients using a compassionate and thoughtful approach. She gives great feedback to her clients to help them to meet their goals and challenges them to help them see where they might be getting in their own way. You don't grow in the comfort zone!

We are so excited to see her grow and rise to any challenge. We are so lucky to have her! We are currently working to get her in network with insurance and she will be taking over as our clinical supervisor in the near future.
