If you haven't registered to vote yet, its not too late! Registration closes on Monday 10/5! Take some time this weekend to get that completed. This mid term election is an IMPORTANT one! We really have a chance to help get representation that will help our community and advocate for our rights. It only takes a couple minutes to register - and if you're already registered, take a moment to double check that your registration is up to date!

We can make a difference together - but we have to show up at the polls (or via mail in)! Make sure your voter registration is up to date and encourage your friends, family, and community to do the same. Every vote counts.

Mental Health Matters AZ 2026 was wildly successful! We are so grateful to be a support for the community and be part of this conference. This year we learned about the effects of technology and AI on adults and youth. We learned a lot and made some really great connections. Can't wait until next year! 🤍

Today is International Non-Binary People's Day which starts Non-Binary Awareness week! 💛🤍💜🖤

We celebrate the diversity and strength of the non-binary community. We recognize the importance of visibility, acceptance, and support for non-binary individuals everywhere. Now, more than ever, it is important that we uplift and recognize this community. It has been a hell of a year for Non-Binary folx and we will not allow them the feel erased or invalidated. Let's work to advocate for our non-binary friends and family members by educating others about what it is to be non-binary, by correcting others when they misgender someone.

To all the folx who identify as non-binary:

💛 You are valid.
🤍 You are seen.
💜 You are loved.
🖤 You are important.

Let's create a world where everyone can live authentically and proudly. Happy International Non-Binary People's Day!

June is Pride Month! You are valid. You are loved. You are seen. You are important. We can't say it enough! We are about half way through the year, we wanted to check in and see how everyone is doing. 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️ We know it is not all rainbows and butterflies, and things are scary and difficult right now.

What have you done to celebrate or create joy in your life?
Parades, Protests, Deals, Follows - we want to hear all about it! Drop your comments below or tag another q***r account we should support!

To our allies, reach out to your representatives to advocate for the LGBTQ+ community, specifically the trans community that has been targeted. You can also donate to q***r owned businesses and businesses/non-profits that support the q***r community or youth, follow q***r content creators on social media, or hold space for your q***r friends. We need our allies to take action too!

Here are some of the local q***r accounts we love, that we want to shout out. 🩷 Give them a look and let's build each other up:

Today is International Transgender Day of Visibility, a time to honor, uplift, and support the transgender community. Being transgender is a valid and beautiful identity, and today, we’re raising awareness and celebrating the folks who identify as transgender and gender non-conforming. This has been a really difficult year for our trans community and it is our duty as allies and cis-folks to uplift and advocate for the community.

Let’s break down stereotypes, challenge misconceptions, and create a world where everyone can live authentically and proudly. We proudly stand by our trans siblings today and all days. You are so important and valued.

Join us in celebrating International Transgender Day of Visibility by sharing your story, supporting transgender and gender non-conforming friends, and advocating for greater visibility and acceptance. Together, we can create a more inclusive and understanding world. 💙💗🤍💗💙

Also, check out the Night of Trans and Nonbinary Joy we are co-sponsoring in April with ! If you plan to attend, please register ahead. This will be a super fun event for all ages!

We are so proud to announce Delilah has received her LPC! And we couldn't be more proud. Screaming from the mountain tops - CONGRATULATIONS!!

Delilah is an incredible therapist who helps her clients using a compassionate and thoughtful approach. She gives great feedback to her clients to help them to meet their goals and challenges them to help them see where they might be getting in their own way. You don't grow in the comfort zone!

We are so excited to see her grow and rise to any challenge. We are so lucky to have her! We are currently working to get her in network with insurance and she will be taking over as our clinical supervisor in the near future.

More to come, and, here's to you, Delilah! 🥂

Happy Pansexual & Panromantic Pride Day!

Today, we celebrate those who love and connect beyond gender. Pansexuality and panromantic attraction are beautiful expressions of love and connection, honoring each person’s unique spirit, energy, and individuality. 💖💛💙

Here’s what each term means:

💖Pansexual: Someone who experiences sexual attraction to others regardless of gender identity. Pansexuality embraces the beauty and individuality of each person.

💖Panromantic: Someone who experiences romantic attraction to others without consideration of gender identity. Panromantic folks connect deeply based on the unique energy and spirit of each person, celebrating love beyond labels.

To all our pansexual and panromantic friends, clients, and followers, know that you are seen, valid, and celebrated. Let’s keep building a world where love knows no limits.

You are exactly who you’re meant to be! 🌟
