Birth is wild- babies do what they want, when they want. It is always an honor to witness the strength and power of the mothers that allow us to be a part of their journeys.

These are just a few examples of the different birthing positions we see our clients choose.🌱

🚽 The toilet is a common place where people feel comfortable to completely relax and release.

🛏️ In bed is another place where people commonly feel safe and relaxed.

🛁 A tub like the pools we provide or a bathtub you already have at home is another place we see picked. Sometimes for the relaxation and other times for the benefits of pain relief that warm water can provide.

There are a lot of options for where to give birth all with their own benefits. Ultimately, where you feel safest and most relaxed is going to be the best option for you.
