Every pregnancy is unique and deserves to be treated as so.

Seeing a provider who is right for you and fits your individual needs can greatly impact your experience. The same goes for doing your own research. By knowing more you can make better decisions that align with your beliefs. There is so much general advice out there but every pregnancy is different and every single piece of advice isn’t one size fits all.

Postpartum care should meet you where you are at, home.🏡

In those early days, your focus should be on healing, resting, and getting to know your baby not packing a bag and heading out the door. Bringing care into your home allows you to stay in your space, move at your own pace, and receive support where you’re most comfortable.
We’re there to care for both you and your baby checking in, answering questions, and making sure you feel supported every step of the way.

Because mothers deserve to be cared for, too.💕

Craniosacral Fascial Therapy supports the body in unwinding, because tension in newborns is common and it’s of course common for you too! When the body is supported in unwinding, the fascia releases and allows the nervous system to settle.

We often seen both you and baby feel relaxed and comfortable after a session.

Just a few things you won’t catch us doing. 😉

🗓️Due dates are not expiration dates. It is so normal for healthy pregnancies to last longer than 40 weeks. This is something we expect and don’t spend energy stressing over.

✌️Routine vaginal exams don’t tell us when baby will be born or how health baby is.

🩺 Intermittent fetal monitoring during labor for low risk pregnancies tells us everything we need to know and gives you more freedom to move around in labor.

Planning for postpartum isn’t just about baby prep it’s about caring for you, too. 🤍

Some of our recommendations are to stock your freezer, line up support, talk about expectations, and give yourself permission to rest, heal, and feel everything that comes.

You don’t have to “bounce back” you’re allowed to rebuild, slowly and gently.
Postpartum is a chapter, not a deadline.

Surrender in birth isn’t about giving up, it’s about letting go of control and trusting the process.🧘🏿

There’s strength in softening, in listening to your body, and in allowing each wave to unfold without resistance. Birth asks you to release expectations and meet each moment as it comes.

When you surrender, you create space for your body to lead, for your baby to guide the way, and for your strength to rise in a different, deeper form.🌸
