Paragon CRT lenses are one of the best tools for myopia control. Those lenses have been utilised successfully for over 20 years. Currently there are significant amount of research and scientific articles to support and prove effectiveness of CRT lenses. As a doctor who has been fitting these lenses for 10 years I can attest to their effectiveness. On average we are seeing 50-80% reduction on progression of myopia. Those lenses really make a difference to preserve vision and eye health with kids. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions! Myopia control is an area in Eyecare that has been difficult to manage for a long time. In the last 5 years we have finally made a lot of progress. We can say now that we have tools to successfully manage ( significantly reduce the rate of progression) of myopia in children adults. We utilise three main treatment options with a high rate of success.
Below is a photo of the report of the young patient where we were able to achieve a significant reduction in the progression rate.
Myopia control is one of the most rewarding areas in modern Eyecare. We have the ability now to preserve the sight of young generation 👩‍⚕️
