We’re expanding our ABA leadership team!

SEEK Arizona is hiring a second LBA Clinical Director to co-lead our primarily home-based and telehealth ABA program.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an experienced behavior analyst who wants to mentor developing clinicians, remain connected to meaningful clinical work, and help shape what comes next.

Opportunities may include:

• Developing Clinical Supervisors and future leaders
• Strengthening telehealth and caregiver-guidance services
• Expanding teen, young-adult, adult, and specialty programs
• Advancing quality assurance and accreditation readiness
• Developing organizational behavior management initiatives
• Helping expand access throughout Arizona

Full-time hybrid position
Open to qualified candidates statewide
Starting at $95,000, DOE
Bonus opportunities and comprehensive benefits

Applicants must hold current BCBA certification and must be Licensed Behavior Analysts in the State of Arizona by their employment start date. Candidates with an Arizona LBA application in process may be considered.

Where should ABA actually happen?

It's a question our founder, Jessica Irwin, has been thinking about quite a bit lately.

Children don't live in therapy rooms. Life happens at home, at school, in the community, around siblings, during dinner, getting ready in the morning and in all of the everyday moments that can be difficult for a child and family.

Clinics can offer tremendous benefits, but they also leave us with an important question: How do we make sure the skills a child learns in therapy actually work in real life?

Jessica's latest article looks at that question, why SEEK has been rethinking where and how we provide care, and some of the challenges we still need to solve along the way.

I've been thinking a lot lately about where ABA actually needs to happen. I've been in this field long enough to have watched our service models change quite a bit.
