Wow! It sure has been a long time since I posted in here.
A lot has changed in my life since last Halloween!
Here’s an update. I moved back to the Greater Phoenix Area.
I’ve continued on a deep healing journey theme that began over a year ago and learned some truths about myself that have opened my eyes to a panoramic view of my life that brings immense clarity to my Divine Nature and my purpose in this lifetime.
It all makes so much sense to me now.
I have taken what I’ve learned and been practicing to a new level of clarity in my business, to the point of bringing my gifts and graces into alignment with heart and soul cohesion.
This page name will be changed soon as my LLC name now reflects the nature of my business “Somatic Truth Living LLC”.
I have discovered my True North and learned how to navigate my life by it through somatic yes and no awareness and am now brining these practices to the public.
I will be bringing in person workshops to my community soon, so keep an eye out for them!
I am also back with Desert Breeze Yoga teaching a plethora of yoga styles along with meditation and sound bath immersions.
My experience of life has been so full since I stopped the hustle and got real with my true self.
