Day 1 is in the books. Arrived at 5 am to a full moon as weary travelers after a long journey but so excited to visit this new destination. Room wasn’t ready yet so we ate at the breakfast buffet and then explored the property. We swam at the sand bottom infinity pool then headed to our room. After freshening up we took a taxi to the market center in town and explored for a few hours. Never did find that elusive vegan restaurant. LOL. Then back to the resort for the most amazing sunset and then dinner with a show. Finally off to an early bedtime. A long but amazing and rewarding day in paradise with my love.
