You deserve a moment where no one needs anything from you. No phone buzzing, no one asking for five more minutes, just you, finally still. Booking time for yourself is not selfish, it is necessary. Your body and mind hold onto everything you carry every single day, and they need a place to set it down. Let this be that place. Come lie down, breathe, and let someone else take care of you for once.
