Designed in a household model, we operate differently than a traditional nursing facility. Anthony Community Care Center, became a member of the Louisiana-based, non-profit, CommCare family on December 1, 2021. The skilled nursing and rehabilitation center provides short term nursing care and rehabilitation recovering form illnesses and conditions like stroke, cardiac events, pnemonia or falls, as

well as long term care for those with chronic conditions. Although located in Metairie, St. Anthony has a small-town feel created by the relationships formed between staff and residents. We invite visitors and volunteers to stop by!

She has been with us for about 1 year and 3 months. Antoinette is a team player and always willing to do whatever is needed.
