We are looking for a coach who brings energy, motivation, and accountability for our amazing BRIOfit clients.

At BRIOfit, we help clients bridge the gap between rehab and real-life strength, confidence, and long-term wellness. If you’re passionate about coaching, love working with people, and want to make a real impact, this is the role for you. 

In this role, you will:
* Lead engaging small-group training sessions  
* Partner with physical therapists to create a seamless transition from rehab to fitness 
* Build individualized programs that meet clients where they are and take them further  
* Motivate, educate, and build lasting relationships with clients  
* Keep schedules and client records organized 
* Ensure a smooth, professional experience from the first session to create long-term success  

What We’re Looking For 
* Background in exercise science, kinesiology, or personal training (preferred)  
* Experience with physical therapy, older adults, or special populations is a plus  
* Strong communicator who can connect, motivate, and lead with confidence  
* A strong personal desire to learn and grow professionally

Living the BRIO VISION! Our team had a big week of community outreach and leadership development last week!

-Lauren  and Dr. Julia Daigle, DDS stood out as a resource for our PT community for TMJ care at the New Orleans APTA district meeting. 

- Rich presented to PPS members on leadership at the P2P meeting in DC and participated on a PT panel talking to LSU May PT graduates about career journeys.

- Mallory, Judy, and Elliott made friends and new clients at DeLimon condos with a stretch & flex + consultation.  

- Isabella participated in a leadership workshop for implementing the EOS traction system.  

- Emily started her peer to peer leadership journey in DC.
