Don’t underestimate the resistance band 💪

These simple bands give us a LOT of options for helping patients work on strength, stability and controlled movement.

Why does that matter in a chiropractic office? Because sometimes improving how you feel also means strengthening the muscles that support how you move.

That massage gun feels nice, but that’s not the only reason we use it.

Percussion therapy can help us address tight or overworked muscles, improve short-term mobility and prepare an area for movement or hands-on treatment.

The muscles surrounding your joints and spine can play an important role in how you move and feel, so it's important to focus on areas beyond where the pain is.

A stability ball can help us work on core stability, balance, mobility and controlled movement, all things that can play a role in how well your body functions.
