We’re excited to celebrate the accomplishments of our graduate students who presented their research posters at this weekend’s annual LaBAA Conference!

Throughout the year, each student worked diligently to strengthen their research skills by selecting a research topic, identifying relevant literature, and replicating studies to further their understanding of the research process.

Congratulations to each of you on this achievement! 🎉👏

Congratulations to Herbert R., RBT featured employee. Here are a few amazing things to know about our Behavior Technician.

My name is Herbert, but I go by Trey. I am 21 years old and have been with Gulfsouth for a little over a year. I developed an interest in ABA after having personal experiences with family members and loved ones on the autism spectrum. Those experiences motivated me to better understand and support individuals with autism, and along the way, I discovered a true passion for this field.

I grew up in Baton Rouge and Zachary, where I attended school and participated in football and track. Outside of work, I enjoy playing video games, watching football, and playing basketball.

One of my long-term goals is to continue expanding my knowledge in ABA therapy so I can help raise awareness and promote greater understanding of autism. I am also committed to ensuring that children and adults alike receive the care, support, and attention they deserve.

Every day, I strive to bring energy and smiles to the faces of my coworkers and the children, because that’s what it’s all about — spreading love and joy.
