I truly believe God led me to this path for a reason. 🙏🏽

What started as a career became something so much deeper. I get to help people feel better physically, while also holding space for the stress, the stories, and everything they trust me enough to share in my room. 🤍

Sometimes it’s bodywork. Sometimes it’s therapy on top of therapy. 🫶🏽

Being trusted with someone’s body and their story is a privilege I’ll never take lightly.

Healing happens in more ways than one.

My commitment to fitness and faith has taught me discipline, resilience, and the importance of caring for my body and soul. After all, my body is the most important tool I use to serve others. 💪🏽🙏🏽🌿
