I traditionally try not to post about myself on here, but the girls and a few of my very special friends outdid themselves today .. I am 50 and it was something I was trying to hide a little bit but they wouldn’t let me and I’m so glad they didn’t…. So here are some highlights.💞( the birthday card was on pointe see below💩)Thank you 🖤🖤🖤

Very often, during second- and third-opinion consults, I hear the same story in my office several times a week. Someone got an X-ray, heard the words “you have osteoarthritis,” and they immediately stopped doing the things they love. They stop running, hiking, squatting, and cycling. They basically have chosen to sit down and wait. What guides that decision is their desire to prevent their knee osteoarthritis (OA) from worsening. They assume their cartilage is grinding itself into dust every time they move, and that the only responsible thing to do is protect what’s left. I get it… It seems intuitive. The problem is… that’s not how OA progresses… and your plan will accelerate cartilage loss.

Help us welcome Audrey💞

My name is Audrey Keesler. I am the tech at Metamora Physical Therapy. I have always enjoyed helping people in any way and being able to give back so I think that being a part of this team is a good way to do that. I love connecting with people so being able to get to know the patients and hearing their stories is something I love about this job.

I am a very family oriented person and love hanging out with them as much as possible. I have an older brother that | look up to a lot and want to be like him when I am older. We are big campers and love to travel the state as much as possible every year. I have two dogs and two cats that are my entire world.

I went to Multimedia Makeup Academy back in 2024, graduated in 2025, and passed my state boards in November 2025. Makeup and esthetics have always been a big passion of mine but I realized I wanted to be in a field where I could help people more so l decided to go a different route and I think this is a good place to start. I am hoping to one day own my own waxing salon.
