Welcome to Cedar View Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, a 98-bed skilled nursing facility serving the community’s subacute rehabilitative and long term care needs with distinction. Located in the heart of residential Methuen near Holy Family Hospital, Cedar View is a warm and welcoming setting where every patient is made to feel at home. Radiating a strong sense of concern and compassion, our

staff treats every patient as a dear relative. It is our clinical expertise combined with our genuine family approach and strong sense of community that set us apart. Our superb inpatient rehab program is recognized for successfully reducing hospital readmissions and restoring physical function to individuals recovering from surgery or illness. To better serve our patients, we are a participant in the Steward ACO 3-Day Waiver Program – eliminating the need for a 3-day inpatient hospitalization prior to admission.

Strengthening partnerships leads to better patient outcomes.

Today, the Cedar View Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center team had the opportunity to meet with Kim Costa, NP and Nancy Sydow, NP to discuss enhancements to our Heart Failure Program and the value of having their expertise available through regular rounding at our center.

By bringing advanced clinical providers directly to our patients, we continue to strengthen our ability to identify changes early, support complex cardiac needs, and enhance communication across the continuum of care. This collaborative approach helps improve the rehabilitation experience while supporting safe transitions back to the community.

We appreciate Kim and Nancy for partnering with our team and look forward to continuing to build a program focused on exceptional clinical care and outstanding patient outcomes.

The date 7/10 serves as a powerful reminder that 7 out of 10 deaths in the U.S. are caused by chronic diseases, including heart disease, cancer, and diabetes. Raising awareness is an important step toward prevention, early intervention, and better health outcomes.

At our center, we are committed to supporting individuals living with chronic illnesses through personalized, compassionate care that empowers them every step of the way.
