Sometimes it can feel hard at first, inherently. It’s not hard. It’s just new. When we’re accustomed so much from living from the mind, tapping into the body can feel like a bit of an adjustment.
I find some helpful ways to get back into the body can be
✨Physical touch- that may mean a hand on your heart or your stomach while you’re breathing, hands on the neck or back of the head
✨Intentional swaying or dancing
✨ Humming and vocal toning
✨Walking in silence 🤫
✨ Yoga/ Intuitive stretching
✨ Breathing! Depending on if you’re feeling anxious or a little sluggish, your breath is the direct link to your Nervous System and has the ability to switch your state within just minutes 🌬️
✨ Tuning forks! Love these, my favorites are from Biofield Tuning
✨Pure Essential Oils- They work to bipass the blood brain barrier to our limbic brain; sear of our emotions. (My favorite is Young Living Essential Oils USA frankincense)
The best way will always be your way, which has no right or wrong. Experiment and see what your body likes best and be open to that changing over time. You’re always changing and it’s okay to switch things up and see what your body wants in the moment
