THIS FRIDAY 6:30pm at Miami Life Center! After a Knowledge Event Panel Discussion on Yoga and Trauma back in March, we got many request for a part 2, to continue diving deeper into the conversation.

This topic is vast and complex and not so easy to navigate so we thought it would be a good idea to give some more time and space for it to unfold and with the guidance of our special panel of speakers.

This panel discussion will be moderated by Kino MacGregor Kino Yoga.

Come, listen and participate in this focused discussion + Q&A on how Yoga deals with trauma.

Through community we come together to support and learn from one another to then move forward with more conscious action.

New meditation cushion from .life. Looking forward to the time I will spend with my t**h on this cush. ❤️🙏❤️ Thank you to Susan at for introducing me to Padmani’s star-shaped meditation cushions. Each one is custom-made, buckwheat-filled, with patches of fabric of different textures, colors and patterns. You can choose a color scheme based on one of the elements (earth, fire, water, air). This is an earth 🌎 color scheme. 😍🙏😍
TOMORROW SUNDAY 02.23.20 I will bring this cushion to my 8:00pm SuperSound60 Sound Meditation class at , in case you want to see it and try it out for yourself. It’s even more comfortable than it looks. 👀

So grateful for the community of meditators and students who came to this Saturday’s Daylong Meditation Retreat at . My heart is full and joyful. Special thanks to , .vlada, , and for all their support and guidance, for providing the space for this event, for the most nourishing, delicious, vegan and Ayurvedic catering EVER, for a lot of these amazing photos, .photos for more incredible photos, for cheerleading, and EVERYONE who came to practice all day in silence, listen to wisdom teachings about the path of awakening, and build community.
