When perfecting Flow Stretch, it is often the smallest details that create the biggest changes. The true value of attending a live class is that you get to feel the work, perform the work, and receive hands-on adjustments from instructors, assistants, and fellow participants.
A technique may look simple on video, but subtle factors such as body position, practitioner mechanics, pressure, timing, sequencing, and intent can dramatically change the outcome. Live training allows you to experience these nuances firsthand and develop the sensitivity that cannot always be conveyed through online learning alone.
Through repetition, feedback, and guided corrections, your understanding evolves from simply knowing the techniques to truly embodying them. This is where good practitioners become great practitioners—by refining the details that make the work feel effortless, effective, and deeply therapeutic.
