Come spend a day in my life as I take you behind the scenes of what it took to bring Goldman Dermatology Of Miami to life! Mornings certainly start early in order to get it all done! That consists of morning workouts, endless to-do lists to training my team, sharing dermatology tips, and checking on the renovations at our Miami office, every minute is  counted!

Between motherhood, medicine, and building a business, life has been a little chaotic lately, but I wouldn’t have it any other way! ✨ The early mornings, construction chaos, and countless hours of preparation were all worth it!

A new destination for comprehensive dermatologic care and advanced aesthetics is coming to Miami. We are pleased to announce the opening of Goldman Dermatology of Miami, founded by board-certified dermatologist Dr. Chloe-Miami Dermatologist

Combining medical expertise with a personalized approach, our practice will offer a comprehensive range of medical and cosmetic dermatology services. As a board-certified dermatologist, Dr. Goldman provides full medical dermatology care, including skin cancer screening, detection, and treatment, as well as treatment of acne, eczema, psoriasis, rashes, and other skin conditions. Our aesthetic services are customized to the individual and include Botox, cosmetic injectables, new and advanced lasers and energy-based devices, and individualized skincare.

We look forward to welcoming you into our revamped space and beginning this exciting new chapter.

CAUTION before getting a lip flip… 💋💉
(I am not saying that I don’t love a lip flip because I certainly do!)

A lip flip may be a small treatment, but that doesn’t mean there aren’t potential trade-offs and Dr. Chloe wants you to know about them before you sit in the chair.

Because a neuromodulator works by relaxing muscle movement around the mouth, you may temporarily notice things you didn’t expect…
🥤 Sipping through a straw may feel different
💄 Pursing your lips to apply lipstick may be harder
🪥 Spitting out toothpaste may feel a little awkward
💋 Your natural lip shape may appear different

The point isn’t to scare you away from a treatment, it’s to make sure you’re fully informed before choosing one.

Every procedure has pros AND cons, and a good provider should be talking to you about both. Because informed patients make informed decisions. 💉✨

Tanning accelerators, DIY mole removers, taking medical advice from TikTok, skipping the consultation… consider this your reminder that not every skincare or aesthetic trend deserves a spot in your routine. 👀

And yes, I have thoughts about Accutane deniers, bargain Botox and filler too. 😂

Your skin deserves more than a quick fix or a viral recommendation. Do the research, ask the questions, and always make informed treatment decisions with a qualified medical professional. 🤍

Botox or filler? Dr. Chloe is choosing Botox. 💉✨

Why? Because Botox can do SO much more than just soften wrinkles. For Dr. Chloe, it gives a refreshed, brighter look and its the true multi-tasker! 

Depending on your anatomy and treatment plan, Botox can be used to soften expression lines, subtly elevate the tail of the brow, create a lip flip, address certain downward-pulling muscles around the nose, and even relax prominent neck bands for a smoother appearance. AKA it does a ton more than just solely add volume, which is hyaluronic acid filler’s main job.
