COTA or OTR/L who believes in connection before compliance? We’d love to hear from you! 🩵

This is a 100% in-clinic position in West Kendall with no travel or home visits. We’re looking for someone playful, creative, flexible, and child-centered. Someone who follows the child’s lead, looks for the why behind what they’re communicating, prioritizes regulation, and knows that children grow best when they feel safe, understood, and connected. ✨

Maybe we’re a little different… and 5 years later, we’re more than okay with that. 🫶🏻

5 years of connection before correction, learning through play, celebrating the little wins, and seeing every child for everything they can become. Over 200 families have trusted us to be part of their story, and somehow, they’ve become part of ours too.

We miss our SYIP interns already! Last week was their last week and they surprised us with this video. 🥹 They gave us a little reminder of how important it is to model by example and how inspirational we can be to our youth. Thank you ladies, you all have bright futures ahead of you and we’re so blessed to have been a tiny part of your journey. 🫶🏻
