Hey sis,

I want you to grow, to prosper, to THRIVE, to be the best version of yourself you could possibly be, even if it involves THERAPY!

Here’s why:

10 years ago, I was depressed, anxious, grieving the loss of my two children, suicidal, broken, damaged, HURT.

It is because of this that Happiness means so much to me! I AM THE DEFINITION OF PROTECTING PEACE. I remember when there were so many times I would pray and ask God “I just want to be happy” above anything and everything, my prayers would always be the same. I craved a feeling that at the time seemed UNATTAINABLE.

The truth is, some days I wouldn’t even know how I would make it through.

I went to therapy and met this amazing therapist that believed in me, more than I have ever believed in myself. She helped me through some of the most difficult moments of my life and till this day I am indebted to her. Not just for helping me save my life, but for helping me save myself.

FAST FOWARD 10 years later, MY LIFES PURPOSE and mission is to do the same for another beautiful damaged soul in need of healing.

I say all of this to say, happiness is something you have to crave and with every move you make always ask yourself, “how will this affect my happiness?”

PROTECT YOUR PEACE SIS, more importantly love and HEAL yourself. ❤️
